  After having factory direct come into my home and make measurements with a promise to send drafts and quotes - I have been let down. I never received Any further contact from them. I called roughly 7 times to ask if someone could please contact me regarding the job in hand and no response. On my last call, I voiced how unhappy I was with their service and that I have tried through calls and emails wanting their help- with a final promise that someone would call me back ... of course they never did. They are highly unreliable and provide poor customer care and all round service. I have them seven chances. I would tell anyone now... don’t waste your time.
